National Credit Services, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine February 10, 2017 - I filled out a form of cancellation for a - located in -, Washington and they misfiled it back in late-/-/-/early-/-/2016. The debit card connected to membership, around the same time of my membership cancellation, got lost so I cancelled it as well. I did n't inform them of the card cancellation because I thought I had cancelled my membership effectively. They continued trying to charge my cancelled debit card into the coming -/-/- before they informed me that the National Credit Services would take on the debt.
