Financial Credit Network Inc Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine January 19, 2016 - I recently obtained a copy of my credit report and noticed - tradelines from Financial Credit Network ( Medical ) I never have had an account with Financial Credit network, never received anything in the mail from them regarding this " debt ''. I am requesting under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act that they validate this debt and prove that it belongs to me. Simply matching up numbers in a computer does not constitute a validation per FTC standards. I am suspecting that their intentions are fraudulent and malicious in nature and wanted to make the CFPB aware of the situation. ... |

My numerous attempts to resolve the matter with them went ignored. I requested debt validation in accordance with FCRA rules and regulations and they failed to proof validity or ownership of this debt. However they are still reporting this on my credit report which is damaging my credit rating to an extend. I request they DELETE this collection from my report and STOP their harassing collection efforts once and for all! ... |

My spouse called - and asked to be turned off on - -, 2014. However the gas company did not show record of this and billed for - which I went back and forth with them about. They have sent it to a collection agency and I offered to pay in full to get it removed from my credit report even though I did not live at the address any longer and whoever does or did live there used my gas or name. ... |

I told them that I have never opened a gas service account and I never lived near or at the address they say the account was located. I was homeless or living in a VA home shelter for 10 years.
