Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

I recently obtained a copy of my credit report and noticed - tradelines from Financial Credit Network ( Medical ) I never have had an account with Financial Credit network, never received anything in the mail from them regarding this " debt ''. I am requesting under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act that they validate this debt and prove that it belongs to me. Simply matching up numbers in a computer does not constitute a validation per FTC standards. I am suspecting that their intentions are fraudulent and malicious in nature and wanted to make the CFPB aware of the situation.
