I JUST got a letter from - - - ( - - ) saying that this account was " charged off as an unpaid delinquent debt on - '' but - wants me to pay them $370.00! I do not owe this money and asked the credit agencies ( - etc ) to remove this from my credit reports. ... |

After nearly 50 minutes at the store cash register she told us that her manager was not working today, but she would process the return for me and she issued via the cash register a return receipt for the amount I was owed. Nearly one year later - - contacted me by phone ask me to pay the JCPenney bill for less than $300.00. I asked them to send me a copy of the transaction from the store.... |

PayPal credit has been continuously calling my phone about a debt I never owed and I have asked them to stop but they said the debt belongs to me. I also asked them to send me Documentations with my signatures on them but they have n't done so. Instead they 're asking me for a police report and I told them it is on my credit report and I will not file another one again. They have been calling me everyday from - in the morning to late evenings. This is becoming unbearable and they 're harassing... |

Synchrony Bank Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine September 23, 2015 - I was shopping at old navy when the cashier asked me if I wanted a rewards card '' I asked her if it was like a credit card and she said No '' so I said ok, then I swiped my credit card and signed ( which I later found out that she had me sign for an old navy credit card '' I NEVER received a card, never activated any card but yet they are telling me I have owed money on a credit card. I have been telling the company and every debit collector this story and I have paid money on it to have them to stop building interest on this card.
