Education Management Corporation Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer received bad information about my loan February 2, 2016 - I enrolled in The - Institute of California - - - and graduated - in both - and -. To cover the cost of education I took out both types of Federal Loans and also a private loan from the school itself. I currently owe the school just over $8000.00. The issue is that when I got into the - field I found out that the degree is nearly useless.
