ACS Education Services Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer received bad information about my loan June 6, 2016 - On -/-/- I contacted ACS in order to get assistance with bringing my account current. I was told that I did not qualify for a forbearance. On -/-/- at - I called back with a rep from the loan guarantor on the line. I spoke with - - who said that I was eligible for a forbearance for 4 months. She further represented that my accounts would be brought current, the forbearance had been re-submitted and was pending and she had expedited it.
