Mariner Finance, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action October 28, 2016 - I have a personal loan through mariner finance.. formerly - in mt.airy, nc - They have been calling - times a day and even calling my work place and disclosing information to my supervisor which I feel is wrong because that 's my personal business and they are telling everyone they talk to the situation of my loan. I know i owe it but I have hit a hard place and got a little behind and called 4 times today ( -/-/2016 ) and threatening to take legal action against me for the payment being past due.... |
Mariner Finance, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action November 19, 2015 - I have a personal loan with - -, which I am couple of months behind on right now. I am going through a financial hardship I already talked to them on the phone about a week ago and tried to workout some type of hardship payment plan, where I would pay the interest only on the payment. They said they do n't do that. I told them not to call my work, I ca n't take personal calls at work.
