I have a personal loan through mariner finance.. formerly - in mt.airy, nc - They have been calling - times a day and even calling my work place and disclosing information to my supervisor which I feel is wrong because that 's my personal business and they are telling everyone they talk to the situation of my loan. I know i owe it but I have hit a hard place and got a little behind and called 4 times today ( -/-/2016 ) and threatening to take legal action against me for the payment being past due.
