While looking up my credit report, I noticed a $50.00 Collection notice. I called the number on the collection agency, CALIFORNIA BUSINESS BU - - - -, and spoke with the front desk. I asked to speak with someone, a supervisor in fact. Then I was forwarded to leaving a voice message to manager - - -. A direct transfer to his answer machine. ( It was in my intention to communicate with a living person, not leaving messages ). After a few more attempt calls to speak with a live responder - that where in fact continuously being transferred to - or -... |
