I received a telephone call from a debt collection lawyer stating that full payment was required. I acknowledged that this debt was owed however, that I could not pay the full amount but could make monthly payments of $50.00. I was requested to send a hardship letter which I obliged. ( I sent the representative all types of personal information ). I was told to follow-up.
