Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt November 14, 2015 - I disputed a account with Kansas Counselors of K collection first on a recorded line and I also requested for validation of the debt to be sent over to me. A few months went on still nothing. Then when I spoke with Kansas Counselors debt collector - she gave me so much inaccurate information regarding the file they alleged I owe for a hospital in the amount of $510.00 they stated that they never did send out the validation, they sent it out a validation but it was for a different account.
