Collection Service of Nevada Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt January 20, 2016 - I never received my initial collection letter ( or any letter ever ) regarding this debt. therefore, I never was informed about my 30 day grace period to dispute the debt, to prevent this from incorrectly affecting my credit. For this to be on my credit, is a violation of the FCRA. That is my first issue. Next, I know the they have my contact phone number, because it has been the same since middle school, and I believe I received a call from the reporting agency in - -, but they did not say the Mini Miranda, and they did not try to confirm who I was, and that is a third party violation,... |
