Synchrony Bank Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm November 17, 2015 - I had lost my job and informed care credit regarding it in a certified letter stating to stop calls. And I would take care of the bill once I got other things caught up. Yet I still get calls from them several times a day from them and any affiliation. I want to file a complaint against them for frequent calling after requesting a cease to it. They call several times a day, including within at least 2 to 3 calls in a few hour period. Also have tried calling my wife to get in touch with me. ... |
