Student loan can't repay my loan can't decrease my monthly payments December 15, 2015 - COLLECTION NOTICE SENT TO MY DECEASED MOTHER IN LAW WHO,PASSED AWAY 12 YEARS AGO,THEN FORWARDED TO MY UNCLE WHO WAS THE E-ECUTOR OF HER WILL, HE IN TURN GAVE THE NOTICES TO US (PARENTS).NOW OUR ENTIRE FAMILY KNOWS OF THE DEBT. THIS COLLECTOR , -( HIS NAME AT THE LTD AGENCY HAS BEEN TOLD SEVERAL TIMES THAT MY MOTHER IN LAW HAD DIED, YET SENDS TWO NOTICES TO HER . MY PRIVACY HAS BEEN INVADED, NOW I AM APPALLED THAT MY UNCLE AND HIS FAMILY AND - KNOWS WHO ELSE KNOW ABOUT THIS DEBT.PERHAPS IF - WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH STUDENTS ,THEY (-) WOULD NOT HAVE SO MANY ACCOUNTS IN COLLECTIONS... |
