This bill was adjusted off as it was for a visit to correct surgery complications resulting from the doctor 's error during the original -. My wife and I currently have a filed civil lawsuit against the agency and the doctor in - - district court. The credit reporting is completely against FCRA as neither the agency nor the original creditor are able to provide proof or validation for this as there is no bill or debt to pursue, yet continue to report it as valid.
