This is very inconvenient and inappropriate, and my employer does not allow such personal calls. They are attempting to collect on a debt that has passed the statute of limitations in both my state and the state that I previously lived in. They are falsely claiming that I made a payment in 2010 in order to re-age my account, which I understand is also a violation. I asked to be mailed a statement of debt and received a statement by mail on -/-/-/-/- Current Creditor - - - - - - - - - - on -/-/-/- and spoke to their billing department and was told that all there was no open account and they did not send anything to collections. I have no debts on my credit score and Dynamic Recovery Solutions helpfully '' informed me that if I paid them then nothing would go on my credit history. ... |
