Ocwen Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls July 15, 2015 - Ocwen Loan Service and I are in arrangements to take care of a back payment I owe on mortgages attached to my mother 's estate. As the executor I make arrangements at certain times of the month to pay portions off in hopes of remaining current. Despite me making these arrangements, I get back to back calls while at work on my cell phone WHICH I ALSO USE FOR MY LINE OF WORK! These calls come sometime just days AFTER I paid a portion of this debt. OCWEN KNOWS my next payment date may be weeks off or even the next month! Last week I instructed them NOT to call at work.
