Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls January 7, 2016 - Calling repeatedly from different numbers & when calling back the recording does not identify who the company is or what their purpose is. The debt they are trying to collect is more than I owed the company - - - -. I waited until the contract ended and paid the last bill, but - had been giving me charges that were not comparable to other customers. They would not reason with me when charges were not owed. I feel that I paid - more than what was provided as a service. ... |
