SunTrust Bank Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls May 15, 2015 - - 2014 I received - checks in the amount of $1900.00 each directly deposited into my checking account. I withdrew the funds and did not find out until months later than they had insufficient funds. I had $950.00 in my Suntrust account which Suntrust debited and charged the balance to my Suntrust Credit Card. I contacted Suntrust and informed them what happened and have been making monthly payments. My credit card was connected to my checking account for overdraft protection.
