Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy July 26, 2015 - Resident Collect, Inc. continues in their attempt to collect a debt that was discharged in a Chapter - bankruptcy in - 2013. They have sent collection notices and have called my cell phone. My attempts to contact them to inform them that they were listed as a creditor in the discharged bankruptcy have been met with accusations of me lying about the bankruptcy ( I tried to provide them with the case number ), hanging up on me and then calling me back a few minutes later and when I answer they hang up on me again. During a phone call to them, I was explaining that this had been discharged ... |
