Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy April 23, 2015 - The - medical bills that are open collection on my credit report are false. I included ALL my medical bills into my bankruptcy. The dates that they are giving are false. These - account were open way before my bankruptcy. Which is like a year or - before my bankruptcy. If I am force to get documents then I will begin getting the paper from the doctors office showing when the account were originally opened. These company 's should not be able to just keep renewing the old accounts so that they continue to stay on someone credit file and be eligible to keep harassing people after a bank... |
