URS Holding, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy April 4, 2015 - In -/-/-, I filed bankruptcy which included all of my private loans, credit cards, and past due bills. From that point in time, I have been financially responsible and have maintained a positive credit profile. Recently ( within the past - months ), a company ( ERS ) has contacted me multiple times a day, contacted my wife, and family members that I have not seen in years. They have claimed that my debt is now due and that after - years, it is still valid.
