R & B Corporation of Virginia Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy August 3, 2016 - I wrote to - Hospital and Credit Control in - -, Virginia because I have several medical accounts that were included in bankruptcy in -/-/-. Most accounts were updated and said included in bankruptcy until the discharge. I spoke at length with the collector, - - back in -/-/-, prior to the discharge which prompted her to create identical accounts under each hospital or doctor name as collections and then as Credit Control, doubling the collection accounts. Now, after receiving my annual credit report there are still all of the original accounts, credit control accounts... |
