Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was discharged in bankruptcy Virginia

I wrote to - Hospital and Credit Control in - -, Virginia because I have several medical accounts that were included in bankruptcy in -/-/-. Most accounts were updated and said included in bankruptcy until the discharge. I spoke at length with the collector, - - back in -/-/-, prior to the discharge which prompted her to create identical accounts under each hospital or doctor name as collections and then as Credit Control, doubling the collection accounts. Now, after receiving my annual credit report there are still all of the original accounts, credit control accounts and a triplicate listing with no creditor info, no dollar amount, but a new collection account. I wrote to the hospital in question, since I had no luck talking to - - at Credit Control, she is just antagonistic and cruel, because she knows she 's dealing with sick patients who ca n't afford to pay their bills. The bills, for the most part are as follows : Please correct several accounts on all three of my credit reports that are in error and need to be removed because they were included in Bankruptcy and when I spoke to one of your collectors they agreed

Please acknowledge my request by email as soon as the corrections have been made. If you have any questions or find any additional errors when you investigate and correct, please correct those items as well. Thank you, - - When I called to follow up, - - began screaming at me, telling me she had no idea what I was talking about, she remembered me, and had no intention of removing the inaccuracies. She kept hanging up on me and then threatened to call the police. This company is totally unwilling to correct the items, there should not be any open items on my credit. I asked them to correct and they said, they did. That is not true. Per - - -, Compliance Officer Credit Control Corp. ( CCC ) - - - -, VA - There are no inaccuracies, there are, but they refuse to report fairly. I would like assistance to correct the items and hope to have most or all entries deleted as they are no longer valid debts.
