Express Collections, Inc. Debt collection false statements or representation indicated shouldn't respond to lawsuit July 18, 2015 - I was told that I had an open credit card from 1999. I was contacted in - about this debt and told that I would have to pay over - worth of interest. When asked if I was going to pay this or not-I said no ''. The debt collection agency sent legal paperwork to my home and the post office had my - year old daughter sign for it while I was at work. The judgement went through - South Dakota without my knowledge and I have been fighting it ever since. I have written to the court and contacted the debt collection agency.
