Debt collection false statements or representation indicated shouldn't respond to lawsuit September 29, 2015 - I recently attempted to obtain a mortgage, at which time I discovered that Commonwealth Financial Systems had a judgment against me for $4000.00 ( for a - - credit card from -/-/- ). I was never notified that there was a lawsuit pending against me. I went to the - Court system website and printed out the entire case file. It was then that I noticed that they documented at least 5 unsuccessful attempts to serve me with the paperwork. The final attempt, which they say was successful, is dated -/-/-. I did not move to my current address until -/-/-. It is at this... |
