Original creditor advised that this would be removed and sent me a letter stating such. This company mailed me specific medical information about my medical treatment as well as a - - - 's surgical information as well both in violation of HIPPA and State Privacy laws. And lastly, upon clearing up the matter with my doctor and insurance company, CMC INC validated the debt with - and - and continued to report erroneous information which prevented me from obtaining insurance.... |
