The bill from - - ( another name - - was $31.00 and was paid upon receipt by check # - -/-/- and cashed by company -/-/-. there was a typo with year on check, but company was able to cash it. - was informed ( copy of the check both sides and bank statement was provided by fax, mail and registered mail as well as PDM.
