Ocwen Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit April 28, 2015 - After discharge of a chapter - bankruptcy, where the - lien was stripped by the court, due to the declined value of the property, the - lien holder filed a motion ( subsequently granted by the judge ) to re-open the bankruptcy as they felt they had not been notified of the intent to strip the lien. This in all likelihood was due to the - lienholder failing to record the lien timely. However, i was not notified by the - lienholder attorney that a motion was filed.
