Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit November 3, 2015 - I was contacted by a female from Meade and Associates on -/-/2015 in regards to a balance owed to - in the amount of $150.00. I spoke to a lady who inquired about a payment she stated that agreed to make in -. I never stated a firm payment date with this company and stated that I 'll will make a payment on the website sometime in -. A definite date was never supplied nor confirmed to the company.
