Amsher Collection Services, Inc. Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit May 20, 2015 - AmSher Collection Services reported to credit bureaus a debt which I never owed. It is for - -, which I still use and am current, and have been current, on my bill, but they say I opened up another account in - of this year and owe over $400.00. I have used Century Link since at least 2005 and when we moved over 3 years ago, we paid our balance and signed up for Century Link at our new home ( I am sure they would NOT have given us new service without paying off the old ). I have no idea how to respond to these people. I DO NOT OWE THIS MONEY! These charges are erroneous or fraudulen... |
