Encore Capital Group Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report information is not mine April 2, 2015 - Midland Credit Management , Inc. is a debt collection agency that has violated the Fair Debt Collections Act by adding a negative account with the Credit Bureau on my credit, which I have not given permission or signed a contract with, nor do I know who they are and is affecting my credit score, preventing me from moving forward with my life. I have contacted their company and they refuse to help me. I have requested the contract that I allegedly signed with them and they can not provide it ( because there is not - ).
