Commercial Acceptance Company Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt June 3, 2015 - Commercial Acceptance Corp 's -, PA office contacted multiple of my children. They were not party to the debt and it was disclosed to them that Commercial Acceptance was attempting to contact me. CAC has my correct phone number and I am having my mail forwarded, as I recently moved. The debt is associated with a medical charge and a dispute with my insurance company. I believe their actions were overly aggressive and not in conformance CFPB rules and regs. ... |
