Advanced Collection Bureau, Inc. Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language July 9, 2015 - I was never informed of my debt though it had been on my credit report for apparently - years. When I - contacted the collections agency they lied and said that they tried to contact me several times. They only contacted my ex husband, who I am NOT in contact with. To contact me then they could have asked my ex for my number, not expected him to contact me instead, in a manor of doing their jobs for them. I can provide - years of phone bills to prove this if need be. ... |
