FHA mortgage Closing on a mortgage Pennsylvania

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has not sent me what I have requested for the last 3 months which is the closing documents sign in 2009 as I have requested time after time. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage keeps sending me refinance documents in which I have never requested and a bunch of papers of the same thing in the package. I want the closing documents in 2009. I have my documents that was giving to me with over 20 signatures lines left blank. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage has been advoiding sending only what I have requested. There are several issues with the documents as other documents that have yet to be authenticate signatures that are in question on Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
