Updated case number -. I have been writting letters to Trans unin credit reporting agency to remove inaccurate information from my credit file from company named - with account number of -. My request for removal has not been honored as a result negative information continues in my credit file. My request for deletion is based off of my rights under the Fair Credit Act, due to creditor not complying with written notification to validate claimed debt. I have requested that Transunion validate alleged debt by notice of original signed contract as stated I entered into binding me to obligation of debt. In addition I have requested for legal proof that alleged debt statue of limitation has not expired. As of today I have not received an justifiable reason from Trans union with reasoning of why negative information from - remains in my credit file. I have requested from Trans union to provide me with method of verification and validation of debt in which to include creditor contact person and phone number who verified debt with credit reporting agency and as of now I have not gotten any response from Trans union.At this time I am asking for CFPB to investigate with Transunion of justifiable reason to continue to report negative information regarding - into my credit file. I also would like Trans union to supply me with written notification of verification and validation of my original dispute to investigate statue of limitation on debt and copy of original contract.
