Experian Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Account status Florida
I rented a residence from - - in - MN. the rental payment was $1100.00 per month. The property was located at - - - - MN -. I rented the property from -/-/- through -/-/- with no late payments or other issues. - - informed me that that have an agreement with Experian Rent Bureau to report all rent payments on your credit report. However, the information is not showing up on my credit report. I called - - and asked if they could report the information and they told me to file a dispute with Experian Rent Bureau and they would verify the information and it would be reported on my credit report. I filed the dispute and Experian Rent Bureau told me they do n't do that they only monitor credit. They also said maybe when renters warehouse set up my account they did not click the button to submit my information. I reached out to - - again and they gave me the same information. Both companies are telling me its the other companies responsibility to report. I just want the positive credit information reported. If they are unable to report then they should remove any negative items, that seem to find a way on to the credit report very easily. This would significantly improve my overall credit score. I attached the emails back and forth between myself and renters warehouse. I have been trying to resolve this issue since -/-/-. The contact information for - - - - - -, MN - - - -. I attached all the supporting emails.
