For about the 8th time, Bank of America has purchased flood insurance on my home when I aleady have insurance. This has been going on for 10 years and it 's taking a toll on my life. Once they do it the harassment goes on and on and they do everything in their power to make it difficult and refuse to refund the money. My agent faxed the documents as instructed on -/-/- to a special fax number I was give over the phone directly to the person who was going to make sure this was taken care of. Then today I get the notice that they have purchased the insurance again. The mortgage is in an estate and now they are claiming I do n't have it insured properly even thought it 's been the same for 10 years. I have spoken to 10 different people at B of A and they all have a different story as to what 's right and what 's wrong. It truly is just harassment. I had to file a complaint with the Dept of Justice about 5 years ago for them to acknowledge that I did already have the insurance and that they purchased it from their own insurance company - for - what my insurance cost. They are at it again and I ca n't take it. The - is literally taking a toll on me. They have to be stopped.
