Citibank Credit card department,
I had a cash advance offer on my Citicard credit card which expired on -/-/2017. I paid the balance in full on -/-/2017 however when I received my statement today there is still a balance for the cash advance of $370.00 which not certain why if the balance was paid in full. Statement billing period was -/-/2017 - -/-/2017 and I did have other purchases during that time but if I paid the outstanding balance in full why is there still a balance reflected in the special offer?
