Citibank Credit card department,
I routinely pay my myBestBuy credit card through Citibank in full. Occasionally, I try to make payments in advance of the next billing cycle. This is the only credit card I have ever had that refuses to let me do so, telling me that I 'm not allowed to make any more payments at this time. The ability to send a payment is literally blocked. I just was just charged interest on purchases on -/-/-, despite not having financed anything, as far I can tell. It is suspicious that the system keeps clients from making payments. I ca n't even tell if I am going to be subject to finance charges. I want this charge refunded.
