I 've had my mortgage since -/-/- and I 've never been late. I have automatic debit on my bank account from Ditech. On -/-/- the funds were n't available for some reason and I called them several times to charge my debit which they said they were going to do but apparently they never did. Since they do n't bank a physical bank in - I could n't do much and sent the payment because they never charge my bank account and I was going to be late. Anyways they said I was n't going to have a 30 days late they even returned my late fees and everything but on my credit report appears to be 30 days late which is affecting my credit which i take care of. I just want my credit to be clean and is unfair what they did.
