Experian Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Public record Texas
I filed for Chapter - bankruptcy on -/-/- and the case was successfully completed on -/-/-. I have been disputing - account on my Experian that were included in my bankruptcy and should have been remove -/-/- and have not. On -/-/- I called Experian and emailed them the banckrupty paperwork from the US Courts and the person I spoke with told me " we have to go by what the creditors say because they subscribe to our services ''. Basically they go by what the creditor says even if it is incorrect because they pay them. I explained to the person that the creditors are reporting incorrectly by changing the filed date so that the accounts can stay on my report for longer. The person at Experian then said that he would submit the claim. On -/-/- I received paperwork that said they could not use the paperwork that I provided them and that the accounts will remain on my report until -/-/-. The paperwork I provided them is from the US Courts and they could not update my status with official paperwork from the court system that clearly states when my bankruptcy was filed and closed. The actual public record from the bankruptcy has been deleted by the courts and the creditors continue to fraudulently report items on my report. The accounts I am referring to are : - - -, - - partial acct # -. This account was discharged through the bankruptcy. ( 2 ) - ( - ) - -, - - The first account is reporting as if it was n't included in the bankruptcy and it is reporting late payments. It was included and discharged with the bankruptcy. The second - ( - ) account
