I have several accounts on my credit in which I have asked the creditors to " validate '' their information. Validate if I was ever late, details when, validate if a debt was mine- I just keep on getting same response : nothing. my rights under FCRA have been seriously violated. law says if a creditor can not validate/prove in 30 days of my dispute, they must remove. I am writing to you about -, -, -, -, synchrony amazon, synchrony care and -. I will give account numbers upon request.
