Hello CFPB, Thank you very much for your service and assistance. An account showed up as " charged off '' on my - Credit Report. The only information I can attain is - CBNA ; revolving account ; first descrepancy -/-/- ; then " charged off '' -/-/- ; -, S.D. - -. I have no idea what this is concerning. Thru online research I found a telephone number for a " - '' - ( - ) - -, but this number is not a valid telephone number.... Could CBNA also stand for CitiBank of -? The last couple years, I spent maybe 60 % of my time away from home as a - working all over the state, but not near home. I also had a few medical issues that were taken care of at various medical facilities near home or away. I have no


CBNA '' printed on it nor any Citibank paperwork. I have not opened any Citibank account in years. I tried to open an account with - ( a local box store ) a few months ago, but that was more like -/-/-, not -/-/-. I 've sincerely tried to pay all my bills and have kept and noted all paperwork as paid. I can not contact any CBNA to find out what this is regarding. I want to dispute this being on my credit report, as this year the only outstanding account on my credit report will be this " CBNA '' and " - '', and it could stay on for another 7 or 6 years, harming my credit score.
