Dear Officer, I am writing to report that Bank of America cheated me over the phone. On -/-/2016, I and - in her - office made a phone call to Bank of America, regarding my home-line-equity account with Bank of America. I was told by Bank of America that my Home Equity Line account would be kept open and Bank of America would refund me the payoff fee if they receive any. However Bank of America failed to keep its promise and closed my Home Equity Line account.
