Experian Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Utah

I 've tried to access my report to no avail. I '' ve also tried to dispute. Each time these have been tried the computer pages just loop back and forth and there are no options to continue. Phone calls just go to a very long wait time that never gets answered. They sent me a report in the mail but no access to see it again online or disputed wrong items are available and they do not answer or respond. They 've made this difficult on purpose to not have to do anything they 're supposed to be bound by law to do. This is fraud at it 's finest. It always reverts back to a page to pay them for the info. or dispute. Can you say extortion along with fraud? Why is this allowed? Why can any company make a report to anyone 's credit and give whatever info. they want, but for us to dispute that defamation is not only almost impossible, but they the bureau 's want proof and personal info. none of their business to supposedly confirm ID? No ID to file a report, but ID to fix it ... ..something is bassackwards here ... ... .then next to impossible to even try to fix fraud and correct the info ... .oh my ....
