I have a BK - that was filed in -/-/-. We subsequently filed a Ch. - in -/-/- and paid it off in full. However, we went before the court in -/-/- and went before a judge and was granted the removal of the Ch. - since we went for a ch. -. We are requesting that the Ch. - be taken off of our public record part of credit report. It is the only negative mark Thank You - & -
