Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I am submitting a complaint about Lowes ' Store credit card. I believe that they have a deceptive practice of not sending consumer bills for the goal of charging them late fees and interests. On -/-/-, I made an online purchase for the amount of $75.00. On -/-/-, I received a paper bill for a total of $130.00 with a $35.00 late fee plus some interest. When I called in to the customer service, the explanation is that the bill was sent electronics to my email. I told him that I did not receive any " electronic bill ''. His suggested that it went to the " junk mail ''. I told him that I did not ever recall being asked to accept an electronic bill in lieu of paper bill. When I went online, I discovered that for the same purchase, I was also charged a $25.00 late fee in -/-/-. I found Lowes ' Credit Card 's management company - Bank totally deceptive in it practices.
