U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
On - -, -, I order - Vitamins via their website and selected " Rush Trial ''. After which the website added several additional products, - and - -, to the order that I did not intend to order nor did I want. I immediately called the number listed on the website and cancelled the entire order. The customer service representative assured me the order was cancelled. However, I received a shipment of items from the company via mail. I refused the shipment and it was returned to the original sender. I was never issued credit for the - items. I then filed a dispute case with my credit card issuer. The card issuer, US Banc Corp, issued provisional credit on -/-/-. However on -/-/-, the provisional credit was reversed and they indicated that the shipment was never returned nor was it cancelled. The history of the tracking number clearly indicates that the original sender received the item back and that the items were indeed refused.
