Experian Credit reporting department,
Incorrect information on credit report Public record Maryland
This is not correct I do not have any of this issue. I need this taking off my record DEROGATORY PUBLIC RECORD OR COLLECTION FILED Your credit report shows a derogatory public record ( such as a bankruptcy, foreclosure, civil judgement or tax lien ) or collection which is generally more risky to lenders. Note : A satisfied public record or paid collection will remain on your credit report for 7-10 years.
